Article 2.Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before departure: full refund. Less than 7 days before departure: no refund. Unforeseen circumstances (illness or accident with supporting documentation): full refund. Boat unavailability or mechanical issue: full refund. Cancellation by Cap Isa: full refund.
Article 3.Weather Conditions
If weather conditions are unfavourable, the cruise is rescheduled or cancelled at no extra charge. Anchorages depend on weather, wind, and swell conditions. The captain reserves the right to decide on destinations and apply safety protocols.
Article 4.Safety
No refund in cases of: violation of safety rules, failure to follow the captain's instructions, uncontrolled state of intoxication, or return to port required by the captain for safety reasons.
Article 5.Fuel
Fuel is included in the all-inclusive cruise fare. No additional fuel charges apply.
