Absolutely! You are very welcome to bring your own picnic and drinks on board. Every cruise already includes fresh water, soft drinks, and chilled rosé wine. We have ice buckets and two refrigerators on board to keep everything cool. We also offer a catering service on request if you would like a meal prepared for the occasion.

Yes, we prepare bags of ice before every outing so you can enjoy your drinks perfectly chilled in our ice buckets. No need to worry about a thing — it is all taken care of.

The Cranchi Zaffiro 34 accommodates up to 6 guests on half-day and full-day cruises, ensuring optimal comfort. For sunset cruises (3 hours), we can welcome up to 8 guests. These limits are in place for your comfort and to comply with maritime safety regulations.

For safety, hygiene, and the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on board. We appreciate your understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need recommendations for pet care services while you enjoy your cruise.

Our prices are all-inclusive: fuel, drinks, and equipment — no hidden extras. Payment is made online by credit card via our secure Stripe platform at the time of booking. If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer — simply ask us for our banking details by email. The price you see is the final price, with no surprises.

Cancellation more than 7 days before departure: full refund. Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: no refund. In case of unforeseen circumstances (illness or accident with supporting documentation): full refund. If weather conditions prevent the outing, the cruise is rescheduled to a date that suits you or cancelled with a full refund. In case of boat unavailability or mechanical issue: full refund.

Your safety is our absolute priority. Isabelle, your captain, monitors the weather forecast closely. If conditions are unfavourable (strong winds, heavy swell), she will contact you to reschedule your cruise to another date or arrange a full refund, at no extra charge. On the day of the outing, the captain selects anchorages based on wind and swell conditions to offer you the best possible experience.

The main departure point is Port des Marines de Cogolin, Pontoon B, Berth 38 (83310 Cogolin). Departure from the Harbour Master's office in Saint-Tropez is also available on request. We will send you the exact GPS coordinates and access instructions by email after your booking. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Yes, fuel is fully included in our all-inclusive pricing. The price displayed is the final price — no fuel surcharge, no surprises when you return to port. Simply enjoy your cruise with complete peace of mind.

Our cruises are fully all-inclusive. The price covers: fuel, the services of Captain Isabelle, fresh water, soft drinks, chilled rosé wine, snorkelling gear (masks and snorkels), paddleboards, towels, sunscreen, a hot deck shower, and a sound system. No hidden extras. A catering service is available as an optional add-on upon request.

We recommend swimwear, light clothing, sunglasses, and a cap or hat. Bring a light jumper or windbreaker for the return journey, especially in the evening on sunset cruises. Soft-soled shoes are best, or feel free to come barefoot on board. Towels, sunscreen, and fresh water are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Of course! Children are very welcome and are counted within the total number of guests. The boat is fully equipped for a safe and enjoyable family outing. Isabelle adapts the itinerary and navigation for everyone's comfort. For very young children, we recommend bringing their own life jackets sized to fit.

The Gulf of Saint-Tropez generally offers calm, sheltered waters, making seasickness uncommon. The Cranchi Zaffiro 34 is a stable and comfortable vessel. If you are prone to motion sickness, we suggest taking an over-the-counter seasickness remedy one hour before departure, avoiding heavy meals, and staying on deck in the fresh air. Isabelle always adapts the navigation to conditions to ensure your comfort.

Port des Marines de Cogolin has a large free car park close to the pontoons. You can park easily and reach Pontoon B in just a few minutes on foot. Detailed instructions and GPS coordinates will be sent to you by email after your booking.
